ABOUT ME

I’m a UX Designer currently working at Takeaway.com, the biggest food delivery company in Europe. I'm known for my curiosity and a strong commitment to the user, always working with qualitative as well as primary data sources to identify patterns and create effective solutions that satisfy user's needs and pains. I should also mention that I'm passionate about psychology, business models, art, technology and love learning new things (the weirder, the better).

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Today, my main focus is around identifying and exploring problems through metrics and usability tests to better understand the user’s pains and finally ideate, prioritize, design, test and deliver a simple and efficient solution that tends to our user's needs and to the business objectives.

On a daily basis I work very close to the Product Manager and the Development team to discuss the different possibilities to solve a particular problem and how to deliver the best solutions as fast as possible. Besides, I’m very involved with different areas in the company, disseminating my user and product knowledge while taking advantage of these interactions to absorb different views and expertises inside Takeaway.com.

So… What's is the purpose of my Medium?

Well, I chose Medium to share my knowledge and projects because I like to exchange information and grow from other's opinions, so nothing better than a platform where I can share my work and findings and also receive feedbacks and perspectives which are different from mine.
